At SDM Mobile Phones Trading, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied, we offer a return and exchange policy for most new and unused items. Please review the details below:
What Can Be Returned Or Exchanged?
- You can return or exchange most new and unused items within 7 days of receiving your order.
- This applies to both new and pre-owned phones.
What Condition Should The Item Be In?
- The phone must be in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
- The phone must be in new and unused condition. This means it cannot have any scratches, dents, or signs of wear and tear.
- If you purchased a pre-owned phone with a screen protector or case already installed, these can remain on the phone for return purposes.
What Can’t Be Returned Or Exchanged?
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges for used phones that show signs of wear and tear beyond what was described in the product listing.
- Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened software or accessories.
Who Pays For Return Shipping?
- If you return an item because it is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- In all other cases, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
How To Initiate A Return Or Exchange?
- Contact our customer service team by email at [insert your email address] or call us at [insert your phone number].
- Provide your order number and a description of the phone you wish to return or exchange.
- Let us know the reason for your return or exchange request.
- Our customer service team will provide further instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Pack the phone securely in its original packaging and include the RMA number outside the box.
- Ship the phone back to us using a trackable shipping method.
How Soon Will I Receive My Refund Or Exchange?
- Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the abovementioned conditions, we will process your refund within 15 business days.
- The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for your purchase.
- For exchanges, we will ship out the replacement phone as soon as possible upon receiving your return.
